Just signed up for windy premium today. Intense rain here in so colorado all day ( in the plains, not mountains). The various readings seem off significantly through the day showing sun at times when there is continuous rain. I thought the app would have no problem showing exactly what is happening now ( not a forecast issue). Question: how can i see exactly what is happening now at a given location address without looking at several overlays? Is there not a summary of what is currently happening (not forecast)?

Did you check several models including HRRR ?
To know “what is happening now “, select Reported wind or Reported rain. Unfortunately other parameters like rain are not displayed everywhere.
As far as I know +TRSA is a code for the rain intensity reported on airports.

@idefix37 Thanks very much Idefix..I appreciate that you took the time to help. I did see the "reported" options but in these more rural areas there is great distance between a point of interest and the nearest airport or other reporting tation. I was just surprised that with the complexity of the Windy platform, I was not able to just see a simple summary screen showing what was happening in real time n my part of town ( it was heavy rain for hours. I thought I could click on some screen somewhere that would just show rain, temperature and wind which would seem to be very clearly available in real time from the data sources in the system since this is readable on radar type data i assume). the data i did see showed partial sunshine when it had rained relentlessly for about 3 hours.
