Create & Update Webcams via API

We provide webcam rentals in Germany and have added some of our cameras to Windy. However, some of the camera locations have changed over time (the cameras were physically moved), while the domain hosting the stream remained the same. As a result, Windy is now showing incorrect locations for some cams.
To avoid this issue in the future, and to integrate a "Show in Windy" feature directly into our service, I’d like to ask: Is there an API available to add, update, or disable webcams on Windy?
Like a POST request with all the infos of the Add webcam Form, returning a UUID.
