I have paid for premium. I have been using premium on my phone for months. I want to use the website to make a passage plan. Now I'm being asked to go premium again. Why am I being asked to pay a second time when I'm already premium?
I am using the same account.

@Boydo-2 Hi, I would recommend checking your account info in Windy, where your Premium is active, since it looks like you have two active accounts and only of them is Premium one.

I am using one account, my Google account. It says on the windy app that my email is my Google email. On the Windy app I have paid through the Google Play Store for a years premium. So I go onto the website and I login with my Google email and then it says I'm not a Pro user. Is there something I am doing wrong?
I note that I have never once received an email from Windy to my Google email until yesterday when I signed in, I did not create an account, I signed in on Windy.com and then I got a welcome email. The only other email I have received regarding Windy was an email on 5 December 2024 confirming my payment for premium.
