API Key failing tto connect them tiiming out

I have mutiple tiimes triied to connect the api ke now II am being told it has timed out. I have deleted keys andgeneratted new ones. The map wll not load. he api keys no matter wjat in my case has not worked. I need an answer as to whyy II have paid for the service howeever i am still having the issue

I need help wiith this situation each time in fact multiple times II have triied. I deleted reapplied for an api key failed I asked claude 4 for a solution and re configured the api storage and iit stiill failed tto load can windy please let users including me know if the api iis working?

@Stephen-Myers-2 Hi, I am sorry about the situation, but we are not able to understand what exactly you mean. Do you talk about using our API or Premium version of our app? These services are completely separate, and you purchased only Premium app, not API.

@Suty I went on the source pressed on professional and nothing happened regarding telling me how much the serviced is as I want access to an api key

@Suty ok so the premium access to API will not work? I am clarifying what I can do with premium? With professional I get full access to the API key and can integrate it for my needs?
