The “currents" layer in the Professional Map Forecast API cannot be used
-
Hello,
When clicking the "currents" layer button (the same issue occurs with the tidal tidal currents and fire intensity), there is no response, and the layer fails to switch. The console reports errors as shown in the screenshot. The browser appears to be intercepting the response due to CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) security policies. We followed the official tutorial to integrate the API into our website's front-end code, and it was working on Monday, but it has recently stopped functioning.

Hi, thanks for reporting the issue. Our developers are investigating where the problem might be. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Warm regards, Jari -
Hey there @salty-maple!
Thanks a lot for letting us know. The website integration takes the metadata from URLs that are slightly different from the ones that our apps use. It seems that during a refactoring, the CMEMS model was only set up to be consumed by our 1st party app and the Map Forecast API got forgotten.
The issue should be fixed now, we're really sorry that it took up your time.
