      1. We recently subscribed to Premium but cannot access the Premium information shown on your mapd (example: see attachment Screenshot 2025-05-23 at 10.06.45 AM.png "Wave & Tide".)
      2. Subscription details: We cannot locate our account information showing the fees paid, etc.
        Please help.
