Error in Sifnos Greece

We are in Artemonas, Sifnos, Greece. It is blowing a hurricane - the doors are rattling and things are flying off the roof. But Windy is reporting Beaufort 5

If you are looking at the Wind layer in Windy, this is not the reported wind strength, it is the forecast by a weather model.
Right now (2 o’clock in the afternoon in Greece) the ECMWF model forecast is displaying strong winds as shown by my customized color scale based on Beaufort scale.

Then, when you feel a strong wind, it may be gusts. The Beaufort scale degrees are averaged speed over 10 minutes, and it's not easy to assess the average wind on land. Easier at sea.
