I no longer see my favorites using Google Chrome. Please help!

I have a paid subscription and was able to see my favorites but not anymore. I am using Google Chrome in a laptop. I don't have a problem when using the app in my Android device. I appreciate your help.

@javisnavi61 Sometimes users are logged in with two different accounts, so then they see their favs only on one device.
Your case is that you miss favorites on both, correct? -
Hello @Suty! No, I can see my favorites on my Android phone but I can't on my laptop. This is not my first time login in since I used to see them but something changed.

@Suty I can't see my favorites on the map, and yes, I can see them in the list of favorites. Thank you for your help thus far. Also, I have the same issue whether I use Google Chrome or MS Edge.

@Suty, Answering your question, yes, I can add new favorite. I added it and it shows in the favorites list.

@Suty Problem solved! I feel stupid 😂. The favorites icon was unchecked!!
