Wind direction arrows missing

The arrows indicating wind and or swell direction have disappeared. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app along with adjusting the sensitivity and appearance of the arrows....

Please don’t multiply the same question in the forum.
It would be worth to say which device do you use. Desktop or mobile device. The answer is not the same on browser version and in the mobile app. -
@idefix37 your response did not help one bit. I've had the same problem on this one device for a long time. I pay premium so I can see wind direction as I live on a boat. So I have to switch to a different device just to see it. Why am I paying for something that I cannot see? Complaining that the man started another thread was because the other thread didn't have anything on it that resolved this problem. I guess the moderators only moderate what they want to moderate.

How do you expect Windy to come up with a solution when you don't tell them what device you're having this issue on?? -

Have you read the other post from this user? He didn't even read my question! Many users post messages on the forum without ever checking the replies! He created two threads for nothing!

No, we provide answers and solutions when we know how to solve a problem and if the user gives detailed information about it, instead of adding long, useless comments.

You say you paid for Premium, but I don’t see the Premium badge near your username here in the forum. It’s a bit weird.

Have you enabled it by turning ON “Animated particules”
Do you use the browser version or the mobile app. In case of the mobile app, which version are you using ?
