Icon with horizontal lines on forecast

What do the icons on the Windy.com weather app forecast mean when they have horizontal lines with a moon and just horizontal lines no moon a day later when there will still be a partial crescent moon that night?
And for next time, is there a Key / Legend within the app?

If you could post a screenshot, it might help us.
In this example, horizontal lines means stratus / fog possible.

@idefix37 thank you. Yes that's the icon I clicked on to upload image and I just got code added to my message but no means of attaching the image. (Unless your were proficient in code writing I guess)

@SkyDJedi ps. I can't see how to access the forum in my app it just pointed me to log in to the forum in a web browser. But in the browser I see the add image icon, it just doesn't work. I'm using chrome browser on an android phone.

I’m using the iOS app. Clicking the icon you should open this window whose meaning you could understand even if you don’t speak French.
In the iOS mobile app, the access to the forum is at bottom of the menu
