Wind angle Degrees by degrees ?

How can do for reading wind direction in 1 by 1 degree.
Actualy on my android and Pc it's 10 by 10 degrees.

You mean that you want to see 323° instead of 320° ? It is not possible now and I think it is ok.
Do you really need so detailed numbers?
