Error retrieving subscription in app

I have the Windy app on my Samsung S25 phone. I have not been able to access premium features as I keep getting this error:

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, logged in and out, but can't resolve.
I have screenshot but this forum doesn't allow image uploads.

@FredMBarrett Hello, I checked your Windy account and you already have assigned your Premium, that was purchased via Google Play. So what exactly the issue is?
You should be able to login with same credentials on all your devices and use the Premium on all platforms.

Hi @Suty
I get a yellow "Alert" bar at the top of the app with no alert text, and the app won't left me.switch between 1-hour and 3-hour readings (always displays 3-hour readings regardless of setting)
Also get the error screen shown.

@FredMBarrett Hello, could you please reinstall the app and delete local memory of Windy app on your device? It seems there is an issue with local storage on your device that is causing this.
Please let us know about the result.
