I feel like Windy's rain forecast is inaccurate.

You don’t say if you use the mobile app on a phone for instance or the browser version on desktop.
That would save to multiply explanations.
Then would you like to get an accurate rain prediction in the next 20 minutes or in the next 2 days, i.e. at very short term or longer term.

Thank you, I just forgot to ask you in which area are you ?
In some areas where there are mostly convective rains, giving local showers and thunderstorms, the weather models are not able to predict exactly where the rain will fall.

In Windy iOS selecting your location, click on Forecast at this location in the top banner.
You get this type of panel showing the weather in the next days.

            7ABB8527-A8B3-4F17-896A-CF45A7A007D2.jpeg

But this is the forecast done by one weather model.
If you click on this model (ECMWF) you get several other weather models. The list depends in which area you are living.

Clicking on Compare you get a table with all model forecasts, so you are able to see their own prediction for rain.
If all predict rain, you have more chance to get rain than if there is only one.
