I am currently planning a sailing route using the routing feature on your web platform and I have noticed what might be a data inconsistency or bug in the wind forecast display.

As shown in the attached screenshot, I have created a route from the coast of Calabria (Italy) heading east. When I inspect the wind gusts at a specific point along the route (marked with the white circle), the tooltip correctly shows a gust of 21 knots. However, in the table below (“Boat” view), the wind speed values during the same time frame are significantly lower and do not seem to reflect the same conditions.

Could you please clarify whether I might be misunderstanding how the routing table relates to the map data, or if this is indeed an issue with the display of wind data in the table?

Thank you in advance for your support. I appreciate your platform and use it regularly for offshore sailing planning.

      Kind regards,
      Flavio

I do not understand how you can get that !
I've try to plot the same route as you, but simpler. And using the Gust layer but with my own custom colors. See what I get : wind gusts in the table and in the weather picker match.

I dont know why but your route planning is wrong because the boat position is after your arrival waypoint (19) in the table !
And how you can be at this position already on Saturday at 17:11 when your passage is supposed to last 1 day and 11 hours.

I want to add extra aspect of this inconsistency:
I want to start at 9:00 am, see the wind information in the following screenshot. Note the wind estimate in the bottom.

Now same route on the same date at 10:00 am depature results the following wind forecast.
          alt text
I expect the same wind pattern after 10 o'clock which is not.
          Regards

I don’t see any inconsistency in your screenshots. If your departure time is one hour later, the wind forecast will not be the same at same location.
Then in the mobile app you need to tap your screen to get this type of information
