      Hi new user here.

      Trying to use for aviation.

      I don’t understand the various cloud maps.
      I can’t change the altitude and everything shows clouds surface.

      How can I change and see cloud levels ?

        Would you tell us whether you use the mobile app or the browser version of Windy. It would simplify the explanation

            @Ryan-K-6

            Thank you.
            In the mobile the Altitude slider is in the menu

            IMG_2162.jpeg

            But this slider does not allow you to see clouds at different levels.
            At a location if you select Forecast for this location in the top banner and then Airgram you see locally the clouds and their levels now and in the future.
            In the map to see the different levels select the group Clouds, aviation and see Low clouds, Medium clouds, High clouds, Cloud base, Cloud tops.
            Then for a flight you can use the Distance&planning tool. You will get the cloud levels as forecast during your flight.

                @Ryan-K-6
                See in the FAQ the description of these layers
                https://community.windy.com/topic/3361/description-of-weather-overlays?sort=oldest_to_newest
                And in the app, it is shown in About this data in the menu after weather models.
