PWS data reporting utcdate issues

Hello,

My setup is using a china station that only can report to other services but with some dns trickery i redirect it to a local server and to windy - in general this is working fine.
The problem i have it that sometimes windy servers stop to accept the data with error

But the time stamps are valid - server is ntp synced so within a second. This continues for several hours to several days and then it is back to working so i think there is time sync issue on the windy servers. If i can do something please advise.
