Alerts - waves

"Hi, could you please clarify something for me? I can set alerts for waves, but the settings bar indicates that we'll only be alerted for swell. Does this mean that alerts for wind waves (sometimes just called 'winds') are excluded?"

I guess this Alert was primarily made for surfers and only applies to Swell.
But this should be confirmed by someone from the Windy team.
