      hi, i use the windy app a lot and find it very useful. I however subscribed to premium yesterday and i can’t see it gives me anything i don’t already have with the unpaid subscription. Might i suggest you allow users to try it for just a few days to see if it’s for them first.

      Are you able to refund me please. I purchased via the apple app store.

        Hi @Joan-Williamson,

        We apologize, but we are unable to refund your App Store purchase. Apple doesn't allow us to manage purchases made on their platform. You will need to request a refund directly from Apple, as they are the provider of the purchase process.
