Unable to continue purchasing Premium

Our procurement admin is unable to continue purchasing Premium due to error ' Enter your ZIP/postcode'; Using a desktop, tried MS Edge, Google Chrome and Safari browsers, same issue exists. Mode of payment is by card; we don't have PayPal business account. Where should we type the Zip/Postcode?
