Hello, I have purchased Premium, had trouble getting Premium in my existing app display. I've tried all fixes offered in the forum - I'm logged in, I'm using the correct email address, I verified my email address.... What next?

Ok, I registered with my correct email and tried to restore my premium subscription purchase and got this error. I have no idea what the email referenced below. Please help.

@PAUL-DERRES Could you please write us everything in the email together with the invoice, the email for which you have purchased/wanted to activate your account, and which platform did you buy it on (App Store, Google Play, Paddle...)?
