How to mark with the paragliding icon at our site?

Hi, we have a certificated site for paragliding inXianning, Hubei province China. We need to mark at the take-off with the paragliding icon but don't know how to make it. The coordinate is N29。38'11''，E114。12'31''

As far as I know, it not possible to add a paragliding spot in Windy. Windy uses those of this database :

I don’t know.
Did you visit their website ? They have a contact form. Ask them to reference your spot
Then I don’t know whether Windy update often the data base.
