The origin of progress bar got fixed to wrong position after scrolling to leftmost in Safari browser

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open windy in desktop Safari browser on macOS (any version).
2. Click a city to view its weather forecast.
3. Click on the progress bar so the map changes to the time you clicked.
4. Scroll right in the forecast view, and you can see the timecode anchor in progress bar moves to left as you scroll, which is the RIGHT behavior.
5. Scroll back to leftmost in forecast view so today's weather appears again.
6. Scroll right again, and the timecode anchor would stay in the same position, which is the WRONG behavior.
7. After scrolled right, click on the progress bar to view the weather on that time, and it now shows the WRONG weather in the map.

@zcbenz Hello, I tried to follow your steps, but no issue there. Could you please provide a screen recording of that issue and provide further details about the device and platform, where you meet that?

Please check this video:

5~12s: timecode moves when scrolling the forecast view.
14~15s: scroll to leftmost.
17~22s: the timecode no longer moves when scrolling the forecast view.
24~35s: click the progress bar, the timecode moves to the clicked position, but still does not move when scrolling the forecast view.
38~42s: the weather in the map is no longer the time that clicked (should be raining but map is sunny).

Device is MacBook with macOS. Any MacBook version (Pro, Air, the old Intel ones) can reproduce, with any macOS version (the bug started to happen since years ago). The browser is Safari.
