Intermittent outages to Windy services

@Tomáš-Mazák Can confirm stale data at my locale in Colorado, USA. Over an hour old. (Weather RADAR layer)

The issue is still ongoing, it seems that our services are live, but the data, including models, satellite and weather radar imagery could not be updated since 17:50 UTC. The issue was since acknowledged by our cloud services provider and it's being investigated by their teams.

The underlying provider issue seems to be resolved and we are now working on restoring all of Windy services.

@Tomáš-Mazák FYI: ... Seems like practically the whole internet was down for a few hours ... I'd say that should not be possible ... unless "......" , Check downdetector and other outagewebsites ... other data websites now say they have now taken measures to prevent the showing of old/outdated data, unfortunately they dont mention what they will show instead .. so the question in cases like this is what to show, old stuff of nothing ... anyway the outage cant be blamed on windy or their cloud provider.

Hi..we have had 'No Data" in Australia on weather Radar...all else seems ok (except no radar on Satellite either)
Ongoing since this morning - 4 -5 hours...
Have tried on both mobile app and online. -
Hi, as for ECMWF, the 1800Z forecast was imported pretty much on time. The 0000Z forecast is expected to be available at the standard time of about 8:00 UTC. As for the Australian radar, we will take a look, thanks for bringing it to our attention!

@suzeomni AU radars are all working now, again, thanks a lot for letting us know! After such widespread outage, there is a lot of services and data pathways we need to check and this one just kind of slipped.

On my side it shows last updated 20 hours ago. Is there an update on when things will be back to normal again?

Le modèle ECMWF n'est toujours pas à jour pour moi, en France, que ce soit depuis mon téléphone ou depuis mon ordinateur. Pourtant, des amis (vivant de l'autre côté de l'Atlantique) l'ont à jour...

Wow... almost 24 delay in ECMWF update.... should be a serious issue. Hope it will be fixed soon...
