Forcast bar used to be a smooth press, not hard tap along the bar

Hello, on the windy website on iPad, you used to be able to scroll the predicted forcast bar smoothly, but now you have to tap various times to get it to move. Can this be reverted to the smooth "press and drag" along the forcast bar?
