I am a subscriber on Google Play, the Windy Android app shows Pro and PRO batch, but on when I log on using my browser (both app and browser logging in using my Google Account) to windy.com it is not recognizing me as a PRO user and keeps advertising to me to buy Premium?

You probably subscribe a PRO version of an app named Windy but with a blue logo.
This app has nothing to do with the app of Windy.com with a red logo which offers Premium version.
