How to show only a Country,state,city or area to be definied

Is it possible to show on the website , instead of the entery globle, only a country,state,city or area to be definied?

Thanks Tom ! If the borders and font colors were darker, it would be more easier to see/identify the states and city boundaries and their respective names.

Concerning this question , i would like to show in full screen , only one country,state, city or even a pre determinated geographic area . Instead of showing the forecast for all the planet.
