Yokohama (Japan) is located by the sea, and weather models are unable to accurately predict temperatures because some of their grid points are located over the sea where temperatures are lower. METEOBLUE is the best model for temperature prediction in these conditions because it only selects grid points located over land.
To get accurate temperatures, select the Reported temperature in Windy, for example, that from the airport weather station. And for temperature forecast use METEOBLUE in the detailed forecast table.
