Hello! How can we revert a subscription charge? The user who was a subscriber, no longer works for our company, therefore we’d like to kindly request to remove this user and revert the charges.

Hi thanks for that , my query is that i tried to download the app to my new tablet and it appears this version of windy is no longer viable, and it appears i cannot continue unless I resubscribe to the newer version? , as there is no way to submit my email account and transfer ,perhaps
