    Error downloading ECMWF

      Hi
      I have WindyPremium on my S10 Samsung and now wanted to add windy on my tablet S3 Samsung.
      Immediately I am getting two errors that appears in this sequence:

      1. Erreor downloading ECMWF
      2. Error retrieving account info

      Both happen on the newly installed WindyApp.
      These errors are making the app unuseable.

      Could someone help me?

        @hornet77 Could you please provide more info about that tablet? What Android version is used there?

            All is a bit strange: when I log on the app, the premium icon appears, when I click on profile - my name appears, but still it says: error downloading profile (?) and no location can be selected typing on selection icon, say: "Langenargen" - it does not recognize any place with that name. No favorite appears, even though I have many ...

              @hornet77 Do you use any VPN or similar tool? Also can you test the behavior of our app in the browser on the same device?

                I do not use the VPN. The behaviour of the Windy running on the tablet is the same when tested on the website.

                  @hornet77 Could you please provide screenshot of that issue? Also, can you check the error console in our app (the bottom of the menu)?

                    Progress: on website it works, on the app showing now "invalid user or password" what is not true. I have reset pasword yeasterdy.

                    Debug konsole empty.

                        @Suty I have switched the tablet off and on again.
                        Run the app - and now it finds my login itself - it works - thank you!
                        Have you fixed something? Yeasterday the debug console was full of code.

                        What gives more up-to-date data: website or the app

                          @hornet77 We didn't do any changes regarding this issue, however, it can be certain block in cached data.

                          Regarding to the weather data, it is same. But our website has app updates as a first one.
