If you have multiple accounts, please use the same email address for both your mobile and desktop version of the app.<br />
The account you use on the community doesn't have a Premium account activated, so you may have a different one?<br />
I suggest trying to look for an active subscription inside the App Store or your email to see.<br />
You might have received a notification from fastspring or Paddle if you have activated a desktop subscription.<br />

I would know because I'm on PC right now.<br />
Another data point is your forum account here: premium users will have the premium logo next their username. Neither of you has it. I recommend sending the Windy staff your purchase receipt and go from there.</p>
