Premium subscription does not transfer from mobile app to PC

My situation is the exact inverse of @Luka-Filipič where I have a premium account which I had set up a year or two ago using my PC; if I am able to recover a login for that, is there a way to access premium features on the iOS app using that premium login?

@C-Raymond Hello, I am not sure if I understand your question correctly - as our Premium subscription works yearly, this is the community of Windy.com (Red and White logo app) :-)
If you have multiple accounts, please use the same email address for both your mobile and desktop version of the app.
The account you use on the community doesn't have a Premium account activated, so you may have a different one?
I suggest trying to look for an active subscription inside the App Store or your email to see.
You might have received a notification from fastspring or Paddle if you have activated a desktop subscription.

@Nicole-Dolezalova I am also having a problem restoring my purchased Premium account. I am currently using Windy on my IOS devices but I am trying to restore purchase for my MAC pc. I am seeing some features requiring a Premium subscription that I am entitled to.

@Millie-Tavarez Hi, our Premium is assigned to an account in Windy.com. So if you see Premium only on one of your devices, you have to be logged in with the different account on the rest of devices where the Premium is not available.

@windyMatjaz When did you pay for the Premium last time? I see that you used to have active subscription until April 2025.
