Premium subscription does not transfer from mobile app to PC

I have windy premium on my mobile app. When i log in on my PC the premium does not transfer to my account. where is the problem?

@Luka-Filipič Hello, you need to login to Windy.com with the same email address to both desktop and mobile app - for your account here I don't see any Premium account, so try the different address which you use for your mobile store. Let me know if that helps! Niki

High chance you took the subscription of the other Windy app (the blue one) available on the store bro... My friend did that just yesterday. @Luka-Filipič

I have sam problem. Subsription system is not user friendly. I have paid, and now i can not use it.

@Astraeus-Titan assuming you are not in the situation @Thomas-Cailhol described, your premium features should be available the moment you log in to PC using the same account. I would know because I'm on PC right now.
Another data point is your forum account here: premium users will have the premium logo next their username. Neither of you has it. I recommend sending the Windy staff your purchase receipt and go from there. -
@Aurorus alright but how do i send to windy staff? Imean, UI is realy user unfriendly about account issues. I can only get to som BOT that is not usefull.

My situation is the exact inverse of @Luka-Filipič where I have a premium account which I had set up a year or two ago using my PC; if I am able to recover a login for that, is there a way to access premium features on the iOS app using that premium login?

@C-Raymond Hello, I am not sure if I understand your question correctly - as our Premium subscription works yearly, this is the community of Windy.com (Red and White logo app) :-)
If you have multiple accounts, please use the same email address for both your mobile and desktop version of the app.
The account you use on the community doesn't have a Premium account activated, so you may have a different one?
I suggest trying to look for an active subscription inside the App Store or your email to see.
You might have received a notification from fastspring or Paddle if you have activated a desktop subscription.
