@Waldwusel Hello, what do you mean you have ordered a subscription for Windy.com for 1 year? On which platform did you buy the subscription (App Store, Google Play, Paddle)?
Neither of those platforms should allow you to purchase Premium without an email address (for Mobile Stores they use your account one). Thank you for your clarification, and have a nice day, Niki -
