      I purchased Premium to use it for routes and picking the best days. It doesn’t work on my iPad and iPhone. I have asked for assistance and have done what was requested. Still not working…
      I have seen it work on a friends laptop so I know it works for him. More than disappointing.

        I understand that in the route planner, you can't change the departure time on your iPad.
        As explained to you in this thread scroll the black timeline (if you are using the mobile app).

        I do confirm it works perfectly on iPad.

            And not on the iPad either. I wish I understood it worked on a laptop and wondered why our Buddy Boat always brought their laptop to planning sessions. He probably couldn’t get it working either. I have seen it work perfectly on a laptop. This should be explicitly mentioned for those of us who no longer use laptops.

              Again I confirm that the Route planner works perfectly on iPad and on iPhone. I never use a laptop at sea.
              Could you show a screenshot ?

                The double arrow over the date that you show on your screen shot and I have seen on my friends laptop is not showing up on my screen

                      It means that you plan the departure on Monday 6:00.

                              I give up. I will sign up for PredictWind instead.
                              Thanks for trying to help but there is a more significant issue and it is not worth the money to keep trying this over and over with the same results. It could be a iOS issue or an issue with your versions.
