Hi, would it be possible when planning a trip with a boat to show the weather relative to the time and distance travelled on the bottom time line?
For instance the route is 20miles at 5kn, So a 4 hour trip. It would be more helpful to show the weather as it does at for instance 11:00 for waypoint 1 and what the weather forecast is expected to be at 12:00 at waypoint 2, 13:00 forecast at waypoint 3 etc.

      Hope this makes sense

      Regards Phil

        Hello,

Your request is strange, as the weather forecast is already provided based on the time and distance traveled.
You don't say whether you're using the route planner on the browser or in the mobile app. There are slight differences in the user interface.
For example, with the mobile app, you get this type of weather panel. Waypoints are identified by their number. Tapping the panel at the waypoint location gives you the time, the distance, and the weather forecast for that point, and the map updates accordingly.
In this screenshot, tapping the screen at waypoint 5 gives you everything you need.

Displaying weather forecasts only at waypoints would then make no sense. Imagine a long trip with only two waypoints (departure and arrival): it would still be useful to know the weather forecast between waypoints as well !

@idefix37 thanks for the reply, this is exactly what I need it to do, however I am using the android app and it doesn't do this? I just realised why, I hadn't ticked the 'speed' check box. Thanks again, it is now working as expected, one happy customer.😃
