change of email address

I need to revert back to the original email address used when I purchased Premium subscription. Last year, I updated to an alternate email address.
When i attempt to revert to my original email, the system tells me that address is already in use by another user.
Can you help with this?

@ToucanDo Hello, please share the old email address with me, so I can delete the account for you and you can change it then. You can share it here in the chat window in the top right corner of community pages.
