Location is wrong, up to 100 miles out!!!!

I can see this has been an issue for Windy for some time and looks like it's never been fixed properly. I'm getting to the point now that when asked about Windy, I tell people to only use free version as paid version doesn't work properly anyway. I'm using an android tablet and it also has Nautical charts and always correct location. Only Windy keeps on showing me the wrong location. Even the other weather programs I use are correct, ie. Predict wind.
Just thought you should know, it's not good...

Thank you for the post. I thought I was changing the location but it appears the app is the problem. This is the first time I've researched this problem and good to know its not me.

@Aaron3010 Where exactly in the app do you have this problem? When you open the Radar layer, or when you longtap the home button? Can you please provide more info?
