Radar Forecast needs a removal button (Does not work in Florida)

Still wrong and still doing the same, sliding the bar over just shows storms moving not changing at all.

I understand in its hard to predict, and also harder to do in Florida, but can we at least get an option to remove it if we want.

It just doesn't work with the Florida weather.

@b-hayden Hi, we are working on some changes in the radar UI and they should be out in version 47.
