I have two widgets, zip(s) 98823 and 95112, which are
roughly 900-miles apart.

This widget issue has returned. :(

Pixel 9 Pro XL w/Nova Launcher Prime. [current updates]

I rebooted, and it updated properly. However, this morning, Monday, it returned again.

I reviewed the post regarding widgets and their permission requirements, and I updated my permissions and notifications, and my widgets are updating with their specific location data.

I think the issue was the Notification Permissions as I already had the Location Permission set to Allow all the time.

FWIW, I'm using a Pixel 9 Pro XL fully updated.
