Unfortunately same issue :(
Is there any fix on the horizon so I don't need to remove and reinstall app (and reset all my favorite widgets) and setup from scratch? -
@whyusername Hi. We started to roll out a new version which should fix this issue. This version should be available to the public this week.

@MarkNagy However, on another topic, I recently received a storm alert, everything is working perfectly, but the rain alert is still nothing, and the description states that the alert notification is sent for any intensity: (☔️ Rain alerts Thanks to real-time radar data, we detect short-term precipitation trends and alert you just before the rain starts, indicating the expected intensity. 🌧️) I recently inquired that an intensity of 24 mm/h /45 dBz is required to receive an alert notification 🤔thanks

Live Alert mostly push notifications when my mobile network changes. For example, when my mobile Wi-Fi switches to data traffic, it suddenly reminds me of a storm or precipitation, and the notification is too late.

@Jari-Sochorová No change to the "no device token available" error on my Samsung Galaxy GS24. I have restarted the phone but haven't uninstalled/reinstalled the mobile app.

@Jillmiketx Good evening, you have to uninstall the application then reinstall it, that's what I did, same problem and I was able to receive my first storm alert notifications. Regarding the heavy rain, it requires detection on the radar at around 45 dbz, still not received, no strong detected around my position for the moment I live in the north east (Nancy)

@stratosphere thank you. That did work! Appreciate the clue.

@Jillmiketx de rien 😉
