@Akatum Hello, we are investigating it on our side - do you have the same problem with both Storm Alert and Heavy Rain Alert? Have you tried creating your custom Forecast Alerts (you can see the instructions bellow toggle switch bar for Live Alerts)? Are they working for you? Thank you for the clarification.
