storm warnings around KML

Hello Windy Team,

First of all, thank you for the incredible work you do with the app. A few days ago, I saw the announcement about the new storm alert feature implemented in your latest update. I downloaded the app and wanted to let you know that it worked perfectly — yesterday there was a very strong storm near my area, and I was notified one hour in advance.

I work in a small monitoring center, and an idea came up: we’d like to generate multiple alerts around our area of interest. I also remembered that Windy allows displaying KML files on the map, so I was wondering — would it be possible to integrate the option to upload a KML file and generate alerts for all the locations around the polygon outlining a region of interest?
