I had to change email address and wanted to go premium but after change was accepted and email verified I have lost all my favourite saved locations.
These locations are my work locations and it would be handy to have them all back.
Any help much appreciated

@Nicole-Dolezalova hi yes I was using doodeck@gmail.com before. I thought that I'm just changing the email address but it seems like I created brand new account by doing this.

@Pavel-Dutkievic Could you try to look for "Welcome to Windy.com" email from the past, where we have asked you for verification of your email (1+ year older)? I think you might have used different account for Apple ID, like icloud one. Thank you and have a nice day, Niki

Hello @Pavel-Dutkievic,
we checked your overall situation and found two still free accounts, your old and new email address. You should be able to access your favorites in your old account, so I would delete your new one, then change your email from the old email to the new one, so you will be able to access your existing favorites with your new email. After that, you can activate the Premium in that account.
