Forecast location moves when zoom out

I select a favorite location to get forecast info. When I zoom out to see the bigger picture of isobars, low and high pressure systems the forecast location moves with crossbars. Since I am zooming out to a large area it is difficult to place the crossbars back to the favorite location. There used to be an option to not make the forecast location move when the map moves.

This is very frustrating and not user friendly. Can you please re-add option to prevent forecast location from moving? Thank you!

This is probably because you changed this setting. It must be disabled if you want to maintain the same position when zooming.
