@katsouvas Hello, I see that you made a purchase in March this year. Unfortunately, we refund only payment within 14 days.
However, if you have any duplicated and recent payment, please let me know.

Also, if you don't want to continue your subscription next year, please let me know and I can cancel the auto-renewal for you.
