About Premium

Hello, two version was writing about premium on my iPhone. First; 1 year subscription, Second; one time pay and use forever. I chosed second version. It's writing premium, but when I check my subscription it's writing for 1 year. I called Apple; they said this app can be ask you money 1 year later. Well, I chosed forever premium version. Why it's showing me for 1 year in app? Thank you.

Does someone explain to me?

Hi,
Windy does not offer a Premium service forever.
In the AppStore there is another app with same name but with a blue logo. Are you talking about it? -
@idefix37 No, my windy logo was red. Then I bought one time pay version premium and logo got Black. Well, why do I need to pay extra if both payment is for one year?
-
@mahmutcoban
An administrator should fix your problem, I can't check it. -
@mahmutcoban Hello, I checked your account and your Premium is active and prepaid for a year without the auto-renewal. What exactly the issue is?
-
@Suty there was two options before I am paying. First one was writing pay for 1 year premium. Second one was writing one time payment. Well, I chosed one time payment. It is more expensive than another. I guessed that it's giving me forever, not for 1 year. That's a problem.
-
@mahmutcoban But we still say that it is the payment for one year. Personally, I would offer only the first option, but still, there are many users who don't want to have their payment details saved somewhere so we came up with the second option.

"One-time payment" could be misunderstand to someone (not me). On somewhere else, it may means "pay once, use forever"... I know windy means "it won't renew next year", if windy changes its words will be better.

@Suty well, you need explain it with more details. Both are for 1 year, so why I payed extra money? What a difference?
-
@mahmutcoban Basically, we created the second option for users, that don't want to keep their payment method (card details, etc.) at the end of the third-party for auto-renewal purposes.

@Suty i can see my payment on Apple bills. It's not fair that users are paying more money. And it's also isn't understandable.
