Cannot Enable Alerts on Android App

I tried enabling alerts for storms or heavy rains for my saved favorites the option is still grayed out. I checked for the background location and set to "allow all the time" and still the option cannot be clicked.
Checked on the other devices and it can be enabled. Maybe it's isolated on a certain device but still need to be fixed.

Bonjour avez vous asseyez de supprimer l application puis la télécharger de nouveau moi j'ai eu le même problème et j'ai bien pu paramètrer les alertes : orage bien reçu mais pas fort pluie pour le moment sous Android 15 version magic os9 également

@stratosphere tried the reinstallation, clear data and clear cache, still the issue persists.
