CAPE Notifications?

I have a dog that is not fond of storms but also gets upset when there are storms around us. It's been really difficult to figure out exactly what upsets him.
While watching a NWS update recently I realized it had something to do with the instability in the atmosphere and since know very little about weather I asked ChatGPT & it said to look at the CAPE index & check out this wonderful app, Windy. Since using Windy, I've learned I need to give my dog 1 pill every 12 hrs if the CAPE is 1000 - 1100. When it's higher then I bump it up to 2 pills every 8 hours. I'm still figuring it out but Windy has helped us so much in the last few weeks & I'm so thankful. I'm able to accurately get him his meds at least 30-60 min before so they have time to kick in.
Here's my question - is there any way to get forecast/ notifications / alerts for the CAPE index? -

There is no CAPE index alert, but now Windy is proposing a Storm live alert.
