Crossbar is not Centered

Hello, I am having an issue where the crossbar is quite high on the app phone screen, not centered. It makes selecting an area on the map less intuitive.

For example, in my screenshot, Tucson is approximately where I would expect to scroll to, roughly centered on the screen. The crossbar is closer to 60-75% towards the top.

This is a Pixel 9, running the latest Android app version.

It is the normal behaviour of the crosshairs.
It allows to display the detailed forecast table at bottom of screen keeping the selected location visible.
