What is the purpose of this pointer? It seems to point in the same direction on the map all the time the app is open.

@otinokyad Hi, it should display the direction you are heading with your device.

@Suty Its mostly off. Even when the phone or watch is calibrated.

@Suty I’m using an iPhone 14 Plus. If I hold the device with the screen horizontal , then it points on the map in the direction toward which the top of my phone is aiming. So it’s simply a compass without the rose (in a sense). Is that right? If so, it still behaves properly when held vertically In portrait mode. But in landscape mode it’s not reliable.

@otinokyad Correct, unfortunately horizontal landscape is not fully supported right now.
